I've Got One of These Wooden Boxes

OK . . . now I see.

I've got one of these boxes, but it is missing the insert (red velvet bottom and arms to hold the watch).

I wonder what these boxes were used for? Seems the Chronomatic (based on Arno's Chronomatic Siffert); but surely these boxes must have been used for other chronographs, circa 1969 / 1970, unless Heuer might have decided to come up with a new box for the new Chronomatics, and then switched to another style of box, after a short production run.
