Interesting Heuer Diver

I saw this on a French watch site (FAM) and, with the owner's permission, am passing along photos here. Maybe some experts can comment further on it.

It appears to be a diver. According to the owner, it has an automatic movement. It measures 40mm across. My understanding is that the back does not screw off. The owner does not want to take it apart, so the movement will remain a mystery. I have never seen a diver like this, but I am not a big fan of divers' watches. It is interesting, though, especially the minutes hand and the bezel. Maybe a one-off?
