However I'm not a Monaco connaisseur this one looks ok to me. Dial seems to be original, maybe there could be some doubt about the case, the black/blue on the bracelet looks like a personal put on. A price between 3200 and 3500 GBP seems to be right. Anyway, if you live in Europe a personal handover is the best way to close the deal.
Maybe Rich can give a better thought about the watch.
