Hi David.

I hope all is fine with you.
It has been a while since I posted on Onthedash. Have been extremely busy the last half year and also picked up my reading hobby.Got into reading history books. The latest I finished is by Rutherfurd about the history of NYC. It is simply shocking to see how "old" our economic crisis problems in fact are, already occurring in the 1700 and 1800 hundreds. My conclusion: greed cannot be killed and will always bounce back. Manhood has not progressed in its wisdom, only in technological and medical knowledge.

OK, so far for reading. I am about to start building the 2446 Autavia with SN dial. Got all the parts together, exactly as built 40+ years ago.

Two questions for the watch of your friend:

1. Does it have luminous material on the markers? Cannot see it from the photo.
2. And. what name does this type have? 2446, 2446NS, 2446M?

Can't wait to have it ready. Like you I am a fan of Daytona 6263 ( do not have one though)and expect a lot from this Autavia!

Greetings
Ron
