Monte Carlo at $3,100, with 3 Days Remaining

probably a record price, even if it were to end now . . .

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330483729799&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

you always have to wonder whether or not these auctions are real. In the description, seller says that this should be worth over $6,000 . . . but if it's a conspiracy, or the seller "painting the tape", it's got an somewhat unusual twist, as there are three bidders at $2999 or above; it only takes two to move the price up . . . very strange.

For those who are not familiar with the Monte Carlos, even a true New Old Stock one would be doing very well to go above $2000.
