Le Mans

Last night I had a night in on my own as my wife was out with friends so I settled down to watch my newly purchased DVD of Le Mans. I wouldn't say it's the best film I've ever seen but the mixture of race cars and Heuers made up for it. Johann Ritter's wife was also quite easy on the eye (o;
I was surprised that the iconic watch from the film, The Monaco, is only glimpsed a few times though. What I think is a Siffert has a much bigger cameo role on the wrist of the Ferrari No.5 driver, I didn't catch his name.

Does anyone know what watch Steve McQueen is wearing at the begining of the film when he's driving the 911?? It looks quite a nice piece.

One last thing, I hope Steve wasn't paid per word!
