"Inox" is just short for "inoxydable", i.e. will not oxidise as in the "stainless" bit of stainless steel. Lots of buckles will have "acier inox." on them, it just means stainless steel. It's not a manufacturer :)

The original Heuer buckles have the little sun stamped in them as an identifier - the reedition buckles have a Beta symbol.
