No, the hands are from an earlier watch. Even the earliest of these second generation manuals had the hands with the black line through them rather than these plain polished steel ones.

The crown is also incorrect and the tachy bezel is from a silver-dialled watch - this charcoal dial should have a contrasting white bezel. Hard to tell from the photos but the case may have lost some of the brushed finish too.

Even the three reg manuals typically go at a discount compared to the automatics, so that will affect the price, as will the number of things required to put it right. You'd want to be looking at a fair chunk under £1000 really - I bought a gold-plated 3 reg manual (73655 CHT) for just over £500 last year, though that specific model does go for considerably less than steel ones. If you get a decent first generation Carrera for under £1k nowadays, you have a real bargain, but there are more second gen models under that mark - you can still find good barrel Carreras (third gen) under that too. Not NOS of course and not mint either (unless the vendor doesn't know at all what they have) but honest wearable watches.
