Hi Martin,
I would not worry to much, some did not have the between the lugs markings, instead the serial number was ingraved at the backcase under the standard Bundeswehr marks.
These are rarer than the normal marked ones.
Cheers
Arno
: Hello,
: I have a Heuer BUNDESWEHR 3H Chronograph SG 1550. A friend of mine
: told me that the watch I have is a fake because there is no
: serialnumber an no "SG 1550" between the lugs. Is that
: true? Or are there watches of this kind made by Heuer without
: these "prints"?
: Best regards
: Martin
