There may be some distinction between the entities, but seems that "Wirelug" is the eBay ID for Matthew Bain Inc., which is related to WatchCommander.
I've been at this for a while, and every time I have asked them about the price of a watch, it has been sky high . . . typically 1.5X to 2.0X the kind of prices we usually see. They are often very nice watches, in excellent condition, but the "Price Upon Inquiry" is always way too high; I have been put off by these high "ask" prices, and have never countered with what I consider to be a more reasonable price or gotten serious about buying a watch from them.
I'm not sure about the eBay shenanigans, as I have not followed enough of the "Wirelug" auctions.

: Yes, it is very difficult to know what we are seeing on eBay, and
: any suggestion that the sales prices we see are reflecting
: actual sales is becoming less and less reliable. We see the same
: sellers, "selling" the same watches, time and time
: again. Nonsense.
