158 is a late serial number for a Tranny. Those serial and model numbers don't look right to me almost, too thin a font but I could be wrong.

Looks ok, dial has some wear obviously as many of them do. Be interesting to see the edges of the dial. Sub dials are well patina'd

I value mine at a lot less then that and it's probably similar / better condition but with it's original NSA signed bracelet.

Strong money but a rare watch.
