Yes, I have seen one of these before.
-Nearly brought one myself, looks cool in a "poor man's Silverstone" kinda way.
Not a common model, I understand it was another "French" Heuer.
(From around the same time period as the Val. 7765 watches("Champion", etc.), the PVD "Type 12", etc.
