Snow and ice are headed toward Atlanta overnight and, with that, we typically lose some power lines, and thus the phone lines, DSL modems and internet. So if it's quiet from me over the next day or so, assume that I am safe and warm, with the family, but will probably be unable to post on the forum (or respond to e-mail messages). We love our trees here, but they do wreak havoc on the power lines whenever we have the ice (which is typically once every year or so).

I will hope to have some nice snow photos, which are rare for Atlanta . . . maybe with a Siffert or another winter white dial will be nice in the foreground!! It may also be a good opportunity to work on some articles and webpages, as long as the batteries on the laptop hold out!
