Great find, especially with an original "sun" buckle, at least $400 under market value!

: Last weekend while having lunch downtown with the family, there was
: a little art fest/flee market type thing. Since I love old
: stuff, I checked out a couple of the tables with mostly just
: random junk. Much to my entertainment I found a box with about a
: dozen watches in it. Looking through the various Timex, Seiko
: and no name junk, I almost did a little dance to find an
: original Heuer buckle and corfam strap marked at $2. So I
: grabbed it along with the only Seiko of interest and gave the
: lady 10 bucks for them. My wife could hardly understand why I
: was so excited. Then the next table over there was another box
: of junk watches. Looking through it I found a 19mm tropic sport
: band on a beat up, Sicura dive watch and gave the guy 10 bucks
: for that. Not to bad for an afternoon with the family.

: safe keeping and put the buckle on a new leather strap to wear.
