Re: a new Helmet clock!
In Response To: a new Helmet clock! *PIC* ()

Dear Lorenzo, Meister Anker is a 'Versandhaus' brand used by Quelle in Germany, not to confuse with the dial signature Meister.
Many watches offered were produced by GUB Glashütte or Ruhla prior the 'Wende'.
Some 7750 watches were also offered and production was also sourced from China.
Quelle took care about the quality and offered very competitive prices.
Very interesting piece and also the first helmet I have seen.
Best Arno

: New entry in my helmets collection: a Meister Anker alarm clock. It
: has the last generation dial with "japan mov't" script
: like the TAG era helmets ( Alain Prost, red Formula1, green
: Formula1).
: Meister Anker was ( is?) a low quality/low price watchmaker from
: Germany. They probably used the last helmets stock from Tag
: Heuer.
: It's the first time I find one.
