Worth trying to contact a seller that doesn't ship to your location first, though this one seemed pretty adamant about only shipping to the US in the description. I've had a few watches off eBay Germany where the seller stated only shipping to Germany, but they're often amenable to changing that on polite enquiry.

Looks very nice for that price, though I wonder why the movement photo is blurry too - looks ok from what I can see though, even if the finish on the regulator plate looks a bit unfamiliar. I did a double take at first, wondering why the hammer is in that position, then I saw that the rest of the photos were taken with the chrono running, so it looks like the movement shot was too.

Is it still a missed opportunity if the opportunity was never open to you?! Maybe not.
