I'm about to find out for myself. Sent my Monza for a service and a clean, and i got a note back saying they wanted to change, pushers, hands, glass and crown! I have since emailed them back and asked them NOT to change any visible parts. Its still costing me half the value of the watch, but I love it so much it deserves it.

I've got a 10 week wait now.
