Not only are the cases completely different, but they're base metal, with the exception of the caseback, which is stainless steel. It's only the dial and hands that make 'em look a bit like a Carrera.
In my opinion, they are much more comfortable to wear than a Carrera.

This one has a movement signed Sears Roebuck & Co.

Only the one powered by a Valjoux 72 came in a stainless steel case, which is completely different as well.
I happen to have one of those, but I took it completely apart.
