Ouch...
It happened to me in december.
In my case i was the seller and shipped a 500$ quartz Heuer to the UK
Package never arrived...
I ended up refunding the buyer, so I took it all on me...
The good news for you > Open up a case with Ebay/Paypal > you will win it and get your money back.
Seller is responsable 'till goods are delivered. Seller should try to recuperate its loss from the shipping company or insurance.
