source for new gaskets/o-rings for 11063V autavia?

i got mine serviced/restored last year, but was unable to get new gaskets or o-rings beyond the caseback.

the net result is that it fogged up the interior of the watch today after a brief splash whilst changing garden-hoses around in the yard today. i got the caseback off to let it air out, so i think it's OK. while i'm not looking to go swimming, i'd like *all* of the seals to be restored so i dont have to worry about inadvertent splashing being a true risk to my autavia's health...thats no way to live! ;-)

anyone know of a source for, or service-provider that can install, new gaskets for heuer autavia 11063v pushers & crown ?

thanks in advance,
walter
