I have a few of these cases. While searching for a dial for my Valjoux 7750 Montreal (Google: heuer, valjoux) I found a dealer who had some NOS items and I bought what he claimed was the last of the NOS Monnin cases. If anyone is interested I have some for sale.
Unfortunately I still haven't found a 7750 Montreal dial & hands.
