Re: Found: Monaco 1133B Transitional - Blue Lume Variant

Great picture and information Rich. If only there was a book out there with all the variations in it (-;

I'm now going to check my drawers for a grey version but last time I looked in them there was a mouldy apple and some dust so not holding out much hope!

Thomas

: We have been wondering for a while if the early catalogue shots of
: 1133b and 1133g blue lume transitionals were mock ups or actual
: variants and with this recent discovery we can be sure that the
: 1133b variant exists, leading me to suspect a 1133G will turn up
: at some point...(check your drawers!)

: If the 1133G variant does turn up it will need to conform to the
: precisely aligned text - all trans dials have the UTO
: and RON of Automatic
: Chronograph perfectly aligned, the later Monaco dials
: do not.

: Nice to know we are still finding new Heuer variants, it also
: reminds us that we do not know everything about our beloved
: Heuers quite yet, which i think is an exciting thought!

: Cheers
