Autavia Repair

A couple years back I asked if anyone had information on an expert repair service for my Autavia (Viceroy). I heard about someone on the East Coast (I'm a San Franciscan), who had all the spare parts, etc. for these great old watches but I've lost that info. My "automatic click mechanism" or somesuch is rusted and my watch repairman in San Francisco can't help me. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
