The second one in a month to go at this level
In Response To: Shall I buy a box or a watch ? ()

I guess if we see one box go for $1350, we can put it down to a very committed buyer, but we've seen two now go for this level - this last one not even a complete box! (although with papers and plastic folder). So, on that basis, I presume we now know the current value of such a box.

As one who has bid (what I thought to be) a lot of money for boxes in the past, I am now seriously reconsidering whether I would rather have all of my watches correctly boxed or more watch buying cash by letting some of the boxes go.
