Waterproofing?

I'm heading to Alaska & Canada this summer on a motorcycle trip (from Kentucky), and I'd love to bring my Autavia 11630, its one of my favorite every day watches. I'd like to get a sapphire crystal installed as well (and a re-lume) to make it "tougher" and easier to read at night.

I'm likely to encounter a lot of rain when riding & camping, which I'm worried will ruin the watch. If it is possible, I'd love to be able to swim with this watch as well. I wont be deep sea diving or anything, but a swimming pool, lake, or the beach. I wear my watch most of the time, and don't want to worry about taking it off when riding, camping, swimming, etc.

Is this possible to get done? I'm not worried about ruining the value of the watch, I plan on keeping it. If it is possible, where is my best bet to take/send it?

Nick
