Right to be cautious Dams.
As M. Barn says below the registers have been refinished, and the paint has gone over the edges. Look closely and you'll see the Carrera lettering has been redone too, as well as retouching of some of the lines around the outside edge.
I'll use an OTD pic to illustrate rather than uploading a new one:
Note the "sandwich" construction of the dial, where the registers are actually on a layer underneath the top surface of the dial, meaning that there can't be any bleeding of the register paint onto an original dial. See also the lume plots at 3 and 9, that haven't been redone on the dial of the watch you show - they can fall off but normally leave some sign of having been there. If there's no trace at all, it is often (not always) a telltale that the dial has been refinished.
Not necessarily suspicious, if the watch was offered as having refinished dial, relumed markers and worn case, then all is well. Somewhat misrepresented if offered as all original and in good condition. I'd expect all these points to be reflected in the price asked too.
