Possible dash time case? Help ID

I picked up these three identical cases which I suspect may be part of the Heuer dash timer family. They are metal with a black coating and measure 54mm diameter excluding the crown and 14mm deep. They have three holes and a slot in the back and a single hole and shaft for a crown. There are no markings or engravings. Can anyone identify these? Help much appreciated.
Regards
Paul
