When I'm in New York, I stay 7 blocks south of that and must have looked up Park any number of times and yet the shot didn't look all that familiar, even though I got the right Avenue! I blame the perspective ;)

No wonder I was confused that the Met Life looked so far away, but the buildings around were so tall compared to the shot below - the Met's not in the picture at all!

Actually, I've very rarely gone north on Park - more often south, or west to Fifth and then north on that. So not the view of NYC I'm most familiar with, even though I stay nearby!
