1163 MH - the majority of the black-dialled 1163s came with the MH bezel (although the numbers would have skewed the other way during the Viceroy promotion). The $88 Viceroy adopted the Tachy bezel from the white-dialled 1163 T in an attempt to keep it differentiated from the $200 MH that dealers were still expected to sell, which can't have been the easiest job - in the US at least, the promotion didn't extend worldwide. The 1-12 numbering on the 12 hour register indicates that it is 1972 model year or later.

I don't think the bezel insert is original (though I'm not an Autavia expert) and the case is quite polished, so you can get an idea of price by looking up an "average" condition watch in this price guide from one of this forum's contributors - http://www.heuerpriceguide.com/#/autavia-70s-80s/4561057249

It would be more or less in line with the "1163 Viceroy and similar" entry towards the bottom.
