Evolution Of The 2446C GMT

I'd like to go over the differences between the 1st through 4th executions of the 2446C GMT.

Based on looking at the OTD page, this is what I've noticed:

1st Execution:
-White central seconds hand
- Smooth pushers

2nd Execution:
-Red central seconds hand
-Smooth pushers

3rd Execution:
-Red central seconds hand
-Fluted pushers

4th Execution:
-Red central seconds hand
-Fluted pushers
-Red tipped minute/hour hands

The dials and bezels look the same from what I can see.

Are there any other differences between the executions? Are the casebacks different?
