Actually Stewart i was thinking possible Chronomatic dial, i'm not aware of there being a 7740 version of the Siffert dial which could be placed on a Cal.11/12 & function correctly . The absent swiss text made no sense at all other than a re-dial like we saw listed on ebay some time ago.
Either way it seems the watch is no longer available to the original poster.
