2000 Exclusive Strap Adjustment

HI,

Can anyone please help me.

Just bought a Tag Heuer 2000 Exclusive and it turned up today but I can not work out how to take a link out of the band.

I can see a pin on the side of the strap but just can't see how to get the pin out.
