Here is a recent arrival.

A bit nervous to post it because ... do you guys think it is refinished dial?

I didn't spot anything obviously different from the OtD displayed 1945 catalog (ref 333 - link to page below) but not sure if dial is in too good condition for the age & case condition?

Small things... sub dial numbers weak (faded?), left edge of six a bit uneven? paranoid or correct?

In any case a historically accurate refinished dial does not bother me too much - I did not overpay as I thought it could be a problem. Anyway I like it alot whatever.

Thoughts...?
