In Response To: Autavia Celebration... D-6 ()

Of all the chronographs that have come and gone from my collection over the years, this is the one that I miss the most. A real mistake to have let this execution of the GMT go.

To my eye, this is the best looking GMT: thinner 1163 case; special red hands (rather than the usual brushed hands); nice painted markers. Someday, I will hope to have one of these . . . again!!

: Another GMT. My first Autavia was an 1163 GMT (not this one). I
: bought it from Ralf B, one of the core original main
: contributors to the forum. Hi Ralf, if you are reading this. The
: addiction for GMT never really faded.
