Two Pairs: Abercrombies and Seafarers
In Response To: Looks perfect! ()

Congratulations, Jamey!! Indeed, Seafarer season is upon us!!

This photo shows two "plain" Abercrombie chronographs, along with the Seafarers in the same cases. On the left, is a Reference 346 chronograph powered by Valjoux 71 movement, along with the Seafarer equivalent. On the right side, we see a Reference 2443 chronograph powered by a Valjoux 72 movement, along with the Seafarer equivalent. You know that I'm a sucker for these awesome Abercrombies, in their rock-solid cases.

I am doing some research on the V71, V72, V721, V72c , V88 sequence, and as soon as we get it figured out, I will be doing a posting covering these five movements.
