Unsigned bridge is usual, but that one's been hacked around a bit and looks like quite a different material to the regulator plate, while they usually look more similar. I'd be looking to get some sort of explanation for that, the main bridge looks to have been replaced and somewhat less than expertly judging by the scratches.

Otherwise it looks ok, but I'd have a niggling doubt that whoever made a mess of that bridge has been at the rest of the movement too...
