I used to have access to a huge motoring and motor sport archive in the UK and I'm sure they have photos of drivers with watches visible. Sadly I wasn't into watches back then, no longer have access and the archive is so understaffed they wouldn't have the time to look through the late 1960s/early 1970s racing photos.
