Two variations of the 2446 2nd Execution Screw Back?

Maybe this is obvious and old news but I have never seen this discussed. There appears to be one with a double line edging the "Heuer" logo on the back with a signed crown and one with a heavier single line border and an unsigned crown. Yes? No?
