Sorry, can't help with specific ID, but I can say you need to be looking a good way back.

That shallow Heuer shield is pretty indicative of the 1930s and, although there isn't a precise match on OTD, you can see similar fonts in non-deci stopwatches in the 1938 catalogue:

So you're looking at a pre-WWII model, I'd say, and information on those is pretty thin on the ground.
