For the record I now have 2 although bizarrely my dial's and casebacks seem to be the wrong way round!

My examples -

1st execution case
Serial No = 1102xx
Case = type A.
Bezel = type A (the case won't take any other).
Round pusher caps.
Caseback has no engraving.
Steel polished hands
White chrono second hand.
Dial has no 'T'.
Larger subdials.

Later execution case
Serial No = 1952xx
Case = type B.
Bezel= type B2.
Round pusher caps.
Caseback very faintly engraved.
Steel polished hands (although not currently fitted)
White chrono second hand.
Dial has 'T'.
Smaller subdials.
