It really is a great watch and I’m glad that I took a little bit of a gamble on it when I bought it.
Paul, yours is original and unmolested (I assume), unlike mine. Do you have a pic of the caseback that you can post? Was it a brushed finish like most other Heuer’s of the period? Mine was sandblasted very fine but masked off around the ref #. I’m not sure and can’t decide how I want to proceed with it, because I know the way it is now isn’t correct.
