Vintage Cartier dial

This is of course slightly off topic not being a chronograph but I thought I would ask you good people out there - I bought a 1960's mens Cartier Rectangle face tank watch for my wife's birthday. It was a cheap punt on ebay. The dial was flaking and the gold had rubbed off on the case. I found a NOS dial but when it arrived it was the wrong size so I sent it back. I had the case re gold plated which came up great, plus a full movement service. However with all the moving going on at the moment (I just moved back to London) I cannot for the life of me find the original yellowing flaking dial! I have a feeling I threw it out - well I know I threw it out with a lot of old boxes and papers etc. I am gutted, not to mention experiencing the scorn of my wife who wore it only for a few days before I whisked it off her wrist and to my watchmaker with the promise of a quick restoration. I have spent the last few weeks trying to track another dial down. They are not especially rare.

Anyone know of any Cartier specialists? A Google search hasn't turned up much. There are some ebay sellers with several vintage Cartier dials, but none the same as the one I lost.

I would really appreciate any leads, so I can at least get the Cartier back on my wife's wrist. In the meantime she has taken a shine to my Autavia 3646 which I must say looks great on a ladies small wrist...

Many thanks - Nathan
