Stephen - if you're looking for the original white ones, it's going to be a hard search: even TAG Heuer now installs service hands, that are broader and have a dead white lume filling.
Unless your 11063V is the Viceroy-type (11063 VNT): in that case any Viceroy set of hands will do. Still scarce, but a lot less so.
If anyone has them and is willing to part - well it's probably on this forum!
