Hello
If you do not mind having a movement from an other watch , you can have the bridge ( signed Heuer of course ) cleaned and put in that movement and Bob's your uncle ! Keep in mind if you sell it you should disclose this fact . The bridge will look funny after being cleaned so there is not much chance that you will be pulling a fast one and OTD will not compare you to their south american friends . We are talking about a 773? valjoux not a cal. 12? Correct ?Heuer bought the 773?'s so you would be doing the same thing . $150 to 250.00US should do it and there was a guy ,Otto Frei, who had N.O.S. movements .
Cheers
LB
