Autavia pusher needed

I have just aquired two very cool Heuers! One of them needs a push button, and I'm hoping someone here can help. The watch that needs the button is a snap-back 3 reg. 1969 Autavia GMT. So, it needs the pusher w/ the indentations. It's a really cool watch, as it was awarded to Porsche 917K driver Tony Adamowicz for setting fastest race lap in the 9 hours of Kyalami in 1971. Of course the bezel isn't terrific either, but I can live with that for now. My other new (old) Heuer is a two register Autavia from 1968. It was presented to the same driver, Tony Adamowicz, for winning the Trans Am championship in 1968 in a Porsche 911. It was the first major championship for a 911, and the watch was presented by Motor Age Magazine, and has a logo on the dial. The cool inscription on the back reads "1968 - Tony Adamowicz - Trans Am Driver of the Year". That watch needs a crown. Can someone tell me which crown is correct? Heuer logo? No logo? Pictures of both watches coming soon. Thanks for the help.

I think "On the Dash" is going to need a "race driver's Heuers" section soon!
