And very concerning at that, that you almost can't see it in most pictures...the sellers of these a smart enough to cover up the flaws while taking pics (lighting etc..)...

Have seen them in Silver with rhodium plating and also in brass with nickel plating. Very tricky and one can only know for sure when you file in them. Most of them you can see when looking closely (polishing lines, typical marks from casting, etc...). I have received some of them from the Netherlands...and also saw them on some Italian watches.

Ofcourse, I have made some reproduction in 18kt solid yellow gold myself to fit to 1158 reference Carrera's as Heuer never actually made solid gold buckles untill the re-issue Carrera's...and I just am allergic that looks like gold...and actually isn't ;-)
