In fact there were some rather ignorant comments from some of the forum members (now deleted by the moderator) regards the price. I guess that says a lot about these and the majority of collectors, especially those who prefer new watches to vintage just cannot see beyond the obvious. They are an acquired taste for the connoisseur (like you).
I have seen some partial paint loss examples but prefer the full paint loss like yours. Totally unique.
