Wow what a price! Its a rare watch and even more so in such fine condition. Just imagine what it would be valued at if it had Rolex on the dial - you could add a zero to that number.
Recently I met a fellow Jordanian watch enthusiast and shared my example with him (pictures below). Here are his comments on this watch:

The inscription on the back has the letters S and J (just like yours) followed by 80793... Again its likely Silah ul-Jaw (as Eric indicated in his article) and the serial number is 80793 (18 numbers between this and yours). A friend who has a bit of an interest in government issued watches indicated that 807 may be the item number with 00-99 being the issue number. Its a wild guess but if a hundred or so were issued, then this makes sense.
