Yes that's right, registers are "only" slightly recessed, that's why my question as I saw pics on the net of watches of the same model with concav registers and also with other tachymeter scale number as on picure below. But for both watches it says that's a Heuer Carrera 45 ref. 3647NT. Are there different types of the same model?

And you're right, Switerland is not the cheapest place for any goods. Thanks a lot for your advice.
