this one has the brushed finish and the open "4"s on the registers . . . are we guessing "original" or "refinished"?

: kind of second generation dial. The dial is
: kind of glossy.
: The glossiness of the dial also appears on one
: of my Monacos, all blue, 3-dial,
: handwind.This has been manufactured mid 70's
: according to TAG Heuer Switzerland who I
: contacted for that particular purpose.
